I am passionate about nature, movement and wellbeing. I co-own Nettle and Rose Handmade, a shop dedicated to natural wellbeing. The shop grew from a love of natural and herbal remedies, foraging, and a frustration at being unable to find products free from harmful artificial ingredients.
Rooted in the rhythms of nature, products are seasonal, handmade in small batches, and completely natural. If we are unable to grow or forage ingredients ourselves, we source them from companies whose ethos aligns with our own.
