Online classes

A short sequence to wake up tired stiff feet and lower legs.  You will need a tennis ball and yoga block (or similar).  Thank you to Jules Mitchell and Katy Bowman for inspiration.

A one hour class to help improve hip strength and mobility.  The angle of the camera is not great so sorry I disappear at the bottom a bit!  Inspired by Jenni Rawlings and Katy Bowman.
